The room I stayed in was lovely, featuring traditional Moroccan decor and a comfortable bed. plus the views of the lush gardens were stunning.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, addressing all my needs promptly. yet the responsiveness could improve during busy hours.
The hotel is nestled in a tranquil area, making it a perfect retreat. but it's a bit far from the main attractions, which required planning for outings.
I had a good meal, enjoying a flavorful pad thai that was prepared excellently. although I wished the menu had a few more options.
I appreciated the variety of facilities like the dry cleaning service and the free city shuttle. but the paid shuttle service could be a bit pricey compared to local taxis.
